Steven takes a commission of just 2% instead of 3% when acting as a seller's agent. And if Steven secures your buyer, he takes only 1%! (Buyer's agent commission fees still apply.)

Taking high-quality photos of your home can increase your chances of selling successfully, but it can cost $1,000 or more.

Upon closing, Steven will reimburse you for the cost of professional photography, including 3D/Virtual Tours! You retain ownership of the photos, too.
